Delete Account & Data Policy - M.A.D.E Express - Shopping Made Easy

We are sorry to see you go and understand that you may want to delete your account and data from our platform. To do so, please follow the steps below:

3. Our support team will respond to your request within 5 business days to confirm your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with deleting your account and data.  
    
4. Please note that once your account and data have been deleted, this action is irreversible, and we will not be able to recover any of your data or order history.  
    
5. Please also note that if you have any outstanding orders or disputes, we may need to retain some of your data for record-keeping purposes, but we will not use this data for any other purposes.
